It was important to the client for the design to focus on an open kitchen display, showcasing the preparation of food, and becoming part of the dining experience. the design COLLECTIVE worked directly with the landlord and restaurant owner, developing the space layout and palette. The efficient design of the back of the house (kitchen area), maximized the dining area, allowing for flexible customer seating options, including the ability to provide seating arrangements for larger social gatherings.
