The design Collective provided feasibility analysis and conceptual design services for a marketing team serving the landowner attempting to find a specialized building solution to maximize return in the current market. 

The solution creates a cost/effective ‘boutique’ mixed-use building one would expect in more urban settings, and very attractive to investors/professionals who may want to own their building – a live-work model for the suburban ring of Seattle and other cities in the region.
