Selected competitively based on our “town & country” concept, we designed apartment unit renovations, site improvements, and a comprehensive remodel of the clubhouse & leasing center.

The existing clubhouse building lacked presence, and the owner’s goal to provide visual interest from the street was responded to with a new double-height entry, sky-lit central fireplace, and “internet garden”, the latter reusing the existing racquetball court in the rear of the building. The architectural character was enhanced with exposed trusses and agrarian/greenhouse materials and details throughout, for a refined but comfortable public space for tenant and rental use.
