This project is located on a very challenging corner in downtown Bremerton. Development of the retail space required the movement and recession of multiple utilities to create enough usable space for the shell structure. The ‘no-frills’ sandwich shop wraps around the corner of the SEEfilm Bremerton Cinema, complementing the building’s design, blending textures, and making excellent use of the limited space available.
