A new tenant improvement within Microsoft’s new West Campus in Redmond, WA. A unique tenant space required creative space planning to ensure operational areas are created to provide hair salon & spa services. The private area of the salon contains three massage rooms and one treatment room together with a waiting area. The main floor features a reception, waiting area, backwash stations, pedicure chairs, dispensary, smock changing, office, and eight hair cutting stations.
