SEEfilm, an upstart cinema company, built this 30,000 SF, 10-screen cinema on a city owned 2 level parking garage. The cinema features a VIP room with its own bar. This project was part of Bremerton's downtown redevelopment plan which involved the cinema, parking structure and street improvements.
