The design Collective has been retained as on-going design consultant and architect-of-record for this new master planned community, which when fully built out will encompass 20+ detached mixed-use buildings and site improvements on approximately 66 acres of redeveloped waterfront property straddling the Cities of Ruston & Tacoma.
The first two buildings of the association with developer Point Ruston LLC include a mixed-use building with 9-screen cinema, 140 residential units, 10,000 S.F. of retail over a single below grade parking structure and a 1,303 stall parking structure across the main boulevard of the site with devoted parking for the cinema.
