Serafina is a mixed-use proposal for a combined parcel, in the Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle. The design takes advantage of existing site slope and mixed zoning of Neighborhood Commercial and Low-rise Residential, to build 3-stories of stacked flat apartments over covered parking along the 85th Street arterial, and townhouses fronting a single family street to the rear. The corner receives an expressive circulation tower with Scandinavian modern character.
