Six (6) 1,000 SF homes, with detached, enclosed parking (1 stall per home)
This project consists of six homes designed for a cottage community north of Seattle. The project's transitional aesthetic took influence from local 19th century farm dwellings built by Scandinavian homesteaders, combined with warm finishes and textures from Nordic and Southeast Asian modernism. The use of innovative, low-impact development site design techniques, sustainable finishes, and 'found object' architecture was recognized by Seattle Magazine and AIA Seattle.
